The following videos show advanced search techniques for CINAHL. Only use the Full Text option if you have an urgent need. You can access full text not found in CINAHL by using the FindIt button and through InterLibrary Loan.
Click on the full-text icon in an article record to access the full text of the article. 
If you don't see an icon, click on the "Find It" button for other options, including interlibrary loan (ILL).
